Sochka Yaroslav V. was born in February 1977 year Irshavschiny (Закарпатская область Украины). Received a vocational education, but the craving for anything mysterious and unidentified (with 12 years) awakened in him a deep passion for the study of a number of occult sciences (parallel to this has allowed him to own a variety of knowledge in many areas of science and technology), that was the meaning of his later life.
In 1993 year (before military service) окончил заочно школу по нетрадиционным направлениям науки и техники «Базис» при московском «Союзуфоцентре» (факультет «УФОЛОГИЯ» — unidentified flying objects) с правом участия в исследованиях и работе научных и общественных организаций по проблеме «уфология».
On 2003 года координатор региональной группы Космопоиска «Transcarpathia-Kosmopoisk» (регион ответственности группы — Закарпатская область Украины, and the region of the Carpathians). Приходилось сотрудничать с «Восточно-европейской уфологической организацией», «Contact» (Sumi), «Зонд» (Kiev), «Союзуфоцентр» (Moscow)…
In 1998 основал уфологический клуб «UFODOS«, tracking the UFO situation in the Carpathian region and supports communication with Ukrainian researchers- anomalistami and similar societies in many countries around the world.
Author of numerous statistical studies and work in the following areas (that is the subject of his interest): tserealogiya, криптозоология, Information phenomenology, Transpersonal Psychology, UFO, NETWORK, paleovizitologiya etc..
The author of the first in Ukraine «UFO the dictionary» (1998-2004). Author of publications on the history and practice of Ukrainian UFO («Интересная газета», 2003 year). Author 
books about the problems and the state of ufology in Ukraine («UFO: Made in Ukraine«, 2001-2004 he). Главный редактор серии уфологических CD «To help the ufologists» (annual series, from 2004 year).
On 2004 , the developer of software for ufologists and anomalistov (Programming in Delphi).
C in December 2007 year is one of the administrators сайта «Украина аномальная». C 2009 года главный оператор «Единого электронного архива об НЛО над Украиной» (UFOBUA).
On 2010 года сторонник и популяризатор «Единой теории НЛО» — «информационной». On 2011 year, совместно с ГО «Вижы-3000», promotes the idea of creating a focal point for communication with extraterrestrial civilizations, deprived of every kind of political influence. In the same 2011 year saw the publication of his book: «НЛО над Киевом», «UFO. Ukrainian epic», а также данный «Уфологический словарь-справочник»
Женат с августа 2001 year, three children. Traveled to many countries, but prefers the quiet countryside away from the smog, traffic jams and reinforced concrete structures: маленький домик на берегу реки утопающий в деревьях и дышащий чистым воздухом Карпат — лучшая альтернатива.
