Interest in the phenomenon of UFOs in the early years of independence of Ukraine was in a lethargic sleep, but by no means been eradicated from public consciousness. In 1996 Kiev, the publishing house "Genesa" published textbook "Suchasna sotsialna filosofiya". Publication approved by the Ministry of Education as a textbook for university students, and in addition, is the first in Ukraine textbook on social philosophy.
